- A technician can visit your location in any of our service areas and provide a quote at your premises.
- If you are out of one of our service areas, you can send the device through the mail. We will process and organise a quote within a day.
Process of preparing an insurance quote
- Once the device is received, we evaluate the damage.
- We gather all the specifications and enter them into the quote.
- A recommended repair is entered including any required part.
- A replacement can be suggested in case the device is beyond repairs
