Imran is a very good technician and a kind person who figured out the complex issues with my computer and provided me with a solution. Although I did not choose to repair it in the end, it was a very pleasant experience that must be worth recording.

Sohail’s service was outstanding. He was very prompt and honest and even gave me advice about whether I want to invest in fixing my student computer or get a new one. He was thorough in analysing my Dell computer with a broken hinge. He fixed it within a short time frame. The technician, Uday, has gone above and beyond in order to fix my hard disk's internal data cable connector, and meet my requirements. We arrived at a mutually agreeable procedure, and he was proficient and quick at implementation of the relatively straightforward solution. The pricing was fair. It is important to have IT people behind you who are competent, proficient, reliable. I would recommend both Uday and ASA Computer Repairs very highly.

I Had issues with windows 10 connectivity to internet and software corruption. I called in the morning, dropped the computer and in a matter of 2 hours the computer was ready for pickup at a reasonable price. Fantastic down to earth service and response time.

Recently I had an accident and got water over my laptop. I was horrified as the screen turned black. With trepidation I searched for a repairer, but wondered - who could I trust? I found ASA and took the plunge. Sohail was very quick to respond to my text, and very upfront about what he could and couldn't do. About 3 days later, he called me to say my laptop was fixed. I didn't have transport, so we arranged a place to meet, and he was there when he said he would be. He turned on the laptop, and patiently answered my questions.
